The Dow had a strong finish to the week on Friday notching up another record high as sentiment remains strong in markets despite a slight drop for both the S&P and Nasdaq.
The key PCE data came in under expectations, strengthening calls for bigger cuts from the Fed and treasury yields and the dollar fell whilst Oil prices lifted whilst Gold fell off historic levels. Traders are looking for more moves ahead on the Monday open after a significant increase in tensions in the Middle East over the weekend.
It looks like it could be a busy start to the trading week today with data and central bank speakers scheduled across the trading sessions.
