AI chips giant, Nvidia will release its earnings report for the quarter ending April 30, 2025 on Wednesday. The company is expected to report a 66% year-over-year revenue growth to $43.28 billion, and its results will inject a fresh impetus in the market. Traders have recovered some ground after the EU expressed its commitment to speed up trade negotiations with the United States.
The company previously reported that it expected a $5.5 billion hit after the US Government imposed restriction on export of high performance H20 chips to China in April. In addition, CEO Jensen Huang previously described the move as “deeply painful”. Nonetheless, a recent Bloomberg report estimated that Nvidia’s revenues from China will likely grow to $6.2 billion in the quarter ending April. That translates to about 14% of the total $43.8 billion revenue forecast.

The momentum on Nvidia stock price favours the buyers to stay in control above $133.10. The upside movement will likely meet primary resistance at $137.35. However, an extended control by the buyers will break above that level and test $140.35.
